Some find refuge in the desert. Some find refuge in the cities. Some find refuge in the mountains. Some find refuge in the valleys. Others need a quiet place in a flourishing garden to contemplate; still others need the noise of nature and the noise of meditate and clear your Katra of things that trouble you. NATIVE AMERICAN INDIAN COMMANDMENTS
by Jasper Saunkeah, Cherokee
Treat the Earth and all that dwell there on with respect.Remain close to the Great Spirit.
Show great respect for your fellow beings. Work together for the benefit of all Mankind.
Give assistance and kindness wherever needed.Do what you know to be right.Look after the well being of mind and body. Dedicate a share of your efforts to the greater good.
Be truthful and honest at all times. Take full responsibility for your actions.
Let us greet the dawn of a new day when all can live as one with nature and peace reigns everywhere.
Oh Great Spirit, bring to our brothers and sisters the wisdom of Nature and the knowledge that if her laws are obeyed this land will again flourish and grasses and trees will grow as before.
Guide those that through their councils seek to spread the wisdom of their leaders to all people.Heal the raw wounds of the earth and restore to our soul the richness which strengthens our bodies and makes them wise in their councils.Bring to all the knowledge that great cities live only through the bounty of the good earth beyond their paved streets and towers of stone and steel.

YOUR MIND WILL BE AT PEACE AND YOUR SOUL WILL SURRENDER ... TO THESE GORGEOUS GARDENS OF WONDER AND SPLENDOR ...YOU CREATE THE BEST WHEN YOU MEDITATE AND REST
Memorials are for the living for, “the spirit goes from whence it came” [Ecclesiastes 12:7]. The remains may be buried, cremated or donated to science. In some cases, the bodies of loved ones are never found or recovered. The temple that housed the essence of the being that raised us, taught us, befriended us and left an indelible mark in oureternalmemory is revered. The name of the deceased followed by the years of tenure on earth reminds us that our beloved being was an integral part of our own existence. We visit the cemetery or see the honored name and we reflect on their life and how much that living body we watched age, with a lingering smile and glassy eyes, we tell a stranger about that family member or precious friend you loved; and now, that stranger becoming a friend knows more about you.So, we honor the dead we loved on this page, these virtual gardens of serenity, hope, peace and the knowledge that in Our Creator’s Divine Plan we will once again be reunited with them who crossed the veil before us. One day, too, like them, there will be those who will remember us with wonderful thoughts and cherished memories. – Richard Christopher Burriesci

And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death,nor sorrow, nor crying;
and there shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away---Revelation 21:4

How do I love thee? Let me count the way
I love thee to the depth and breadth and height
My soul can reach, when feeling out of sight
For the ends of being and ideal grace,
I love thee to the level of everyday’s
Most quiet need, by sun and candle light.
I love thee freely, as men strive for right:
I love thee purely, as they turn from praise.
I love thee with the passion put to use
In my old griefs, and with my childhood’s faith.
I love thee with a love I seemed to lose
With my lost saints, – I love thee with the breadth,
Smiles, tears, of all my life! – And, if God choose,
I shall but love thee better after death
by Elizabeth Barrett Browning
Stilla Havet Amy Castleberry suggests “Stilla Havet”(pronounced STILL-a HAW-vet) It’s Swedish for the quiet sea... It’s also their name for the Pacific Ocean! The sea is always associated with spirituality in email@example.com Gan Eden was submitted by Bob Suslowitz "Gan Eden" (Garden of Eden) is in a spiritual realm, that according to Kabbalists is parallel to our physical world. It is a beautifully peaceful place that contains the Tree of Life with its physical and spiritual characteristics and of course theTree of Knowledge. When Eve ate the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge, the Kabbalists tell us that she and Adam were exiled to this, our physical world. So naming your page Gan Eden will analgously help to reconnect to a true place for tribute and meditation.robert.suslowitz@smartek
